Equipment Care Policies
Please note the following guidelines to keep our equipment in top condition, by adhering to these rules, you help us keep our equipment in top condition for future events. Thank you for your cooperation:
1. No food, drink, or chewing gum on the inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean.
2. In case of rain/thunder storms the rental may be cut short. You must pull blower in before rain.
3. Shoes, jewelry, and badges need to be removed before using the inflatable.
4. No face paints, silly string, glitter, or slime to be used in or near the inflatable. These products cause severe damage and permanent staining to the inflatable!
5. No smoking on or around the inflatable.
6. No BBQs, grills, fireworks, or open fires around the inflatable.
7. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls and mesh netting is not allowed.
8. A responsible adult must always supervise the inflatable.
9. Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it.
10. Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner that could cause injury or distress to others.
11. No pets, toys, or sharp objects on the inflatable at any time.
12. Do not allow anyone to be in or on the inflatable during inflation/deflation.
13. Please have kids play and bounce in a safe manner.
14. Water Slide Rentals: TURN OFF WATER HOSE PRIOR TO DEFLATING THE SLIDE. Failure to do so will flood the inside of slide resulting in a $100 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your event, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
But don’t worry! We understand life happens, and we are happy to reschedule your event . You can use your deposit as credit for up to one calendar year, pending availability.
Weather Policy
Our dedicated team can safely set up in light rain and cooler temperatures, ensuring the fun goes on! If unexpected heavy rain or strong winds arrive after setup, simply switch off the bounce house to let it deflate safely. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
