Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Once you have selected an available date/ time and bounce house you will be prompted to pay the Security Deposit upfront to secure your booking. 24 -48 hours before your event we will charge the card on file for the remaining balance.

Yes! Our standard bounce houses and Combo bounces houses are safe for children 2 years and older.

Our bookings reserve the bounce house for the entire day. Our typical drop off time is between 7-10am and our pick up time is between 7-10pm. Our delivery crew will coordinate with you the day of your booking.

Our pricing is not discounted if you only need the bounce for a couple hours. If our typical drop off (7-10am) and pick up (7-10pm) window will not work for your event please add details in the notes when you book.

It would depend on how prominent the slope is. Please send us a text with photos of the install area and if we need to, we will coordinate with our delivery coordinator to come by the site to see what will work.

We like to do what we call a “Rain Check”. If the weather is going to interfere with your event, you are welcome to reschedule for another date at no extra charge.

Yes, they can, however they must be monitored to ensure they do not damage the bounce house. Dog damage DOES NOT fall under our accidental damage waiver.

All animal droppings, including dog poop, must be cleaned up around the area the bounce house will be placed. Please clean the area where the bounce house will be going before the delivery team arrives with the bounce house.

Yes, strong wind gusts can have an affect on our ability to set up a bounce house. The bounce house must be deflated with wind gusts over 20mph. If strong wind gusts are forecasted, we do have the right to delay or issue a rain check. Safety is our main priority, and we do not want to risk the safety of kids! If you think the wind is getting to strong, please be safe and deflate the bounce house and reach out to our team with next steps.

You may turn off the blower-fan, but make sure everyone and everything is out of the bounce house before turning off the blower fan. Do not turn off by unplugging the blower from the outlet because it could result in electric shock. The bounce house must be fully inflated at the time of pick up so that way cleaning and removal are quick and easy.
